I have been working on this comic for a few months now I thought I would tell you a little about how it is made seeing how so many web comics are all done on the computer.It all starts with the writing, Justin Paris and I get together on facebook chat and hack out the storyline, then I start with photos and 3d drawings in sketchup. after I look at a lot of stuff amd make a few models to draw off of I get to work with my ol' trusty bic mechanical pencil.. I draw each panel three or four times before drawing it on the comic book paper, after I get a few pages done I start inking them. I only use a Winsor Newton 0 brush for my inks I have been using Dr. Ph Martin's Bombay Black instead of my usual sumi ink. I made the switch because of the toxicity levels of the sumi.. I then scan them into Photoshop. I use an old Wacom tablet I got in 1999 for my colors and I am experimenting with everything from the opacity of the word balloons to the blending of the colors, and I am working with a limited palette. Well thats just a little bit of what it takes to put this book out there.
